My name is Val Signorelli, and I am the baker and creator behind Floured Delights. Originally from Brazil, I relocated to the United States in 2005 with the intent of learning English and pursuing my education. In 2008, I attained a Master's Degree in Publications Design from the University of Baltimore. A year later, I got married, and welcomed my first son, Oliver, in 2010, and then my second son, Enzo, in 2013. I’ve lived in a few places in the US including Maryland, Missouri and Delaware, but I've called Virginia my home since 2012 and have grown to love this area immensely. The opportunities for personal growth here are truly exceptional. I particularly appreciate the accessibility to fantastic parks, museums, community events, festivals, delectable cuisine, and, of course, incredible wine. After all, wine is a necessity in life!
